SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Lengthy delays are expected on I-15 before the BYU-Utah football and throughout Labor Day weekend, according to the Utah Department of Transportation. UDOT spokesperson John Gleason said construction projects across the Wasatch Front will be suspended to help with traffic flow through Labor Day. On Thursday, delays could reach an hour before the 8:15 p.m. kickoff between BYU and Utah in Provo due to construction and evening commuter traffic.
